Covid-19 Protocol

COVID-19 PROTOCOL AGREEMENT
Classic City Band of Athens-Clarke County

This document serves to define all guidelines put into place by the Classic City Band (CCB) Board of Directors in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Board has determined that taking the understated precautions are necessary for the safety of all performers. By signing below, you agree to follow all guidelines set forth within this form.

1.) COVID-19 vaccinations:
The CCB requires all members to be Fully Vaccinated, as defined by CDC guidelines. The CCB recommends all members to be Up to Date on boosters. Accommodations will be made for those who are unable to get vaccinations due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs. Members will need to show proof of vaccination to a CCB Board member.

2.) Face masks:
As the United States’ national guidance changes and states remove masking requirements in performing arts programs guidance will continue to change and adapt.  Importance will need to be placed on local and state respiratory disease transmission rates for use of mitigations. CCB programs should follow the same recommendations that are implemented for the rest of the rehearsal or performance space. If masks and distancing are required, the mitigations below should be used to ensure the continuation of performing arts programs. If masks and distancing are optional or not used, performing arts programs may forgo mitigations as well.

3.) Staying home:
Stay home if you are feeling unwell.
